Awakening Radio is a Christian music station based in Shawnee, Kansas, sharing contemporary Christian hits, emerging artists and faith-based content. The station seeks to encourage listeners, inspire authentic worship and bring hope, joy and truth into everyday life through uplifting music and meaningful messages.
Our mission
To share Jesus with as many people as possible through today’s Christian music, creating a welcoming space where listeners feel encouraged, inspired and connected.

Programming
Awakening Radio features today’s Christian music, contemporary Christian hits, emerging artists and faith-based encouragement. Weekday programming includes The Good Day Morning Show with Cory Allen from 6–11 a.m. CT and Afternoon Uplift with Downtown DJ Brown from 2–7 p.m. CT. Saturdays feature Logan B from noon–4 p.m., with non-stop Christian music filling additional hours.
